American Driver is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for Dry Van routes with a paid training program for recent CDL A grads. Drivers operate regional lanes East of I-35 on a consistent schedule, with 12 days on the road and 2 days home, and will use assigned 2022+ tractors.

The role emphasizes no-touch freight and a take-home truck where permitted. New grads receive 4–6 weeks of one-on-one mentoring, with conversion to solo status and pay progression.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, age 21 minimum.
• 6 months tractor-trailer experience or recent CDL graduate.
• Clean MVR and background, fully DOT compliant.

Responsibilities

• Operate 1,700–2,300 miles per week on regional lanes East of I-35.
• No New York City or 5 boroughs.
• 12 days on the road / 2 days home; schedule.
• Assigned 2022+ Kenworth or Freightliner automatic with APUs; no slip-seating; take-home truck where permitted.
