The 4–6 week training places you with an experienced driver to build real-world skills before you go solo. After successfully completing training, you will transition to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Clean MVR and DOT compliance.
• No prior driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Learn safe driving and trip planning.
• Pickup and delivery procedures.
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communication with dispatch.
• Daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver.
