365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in Terre Haute, Indiana for a paid mentor program. Trainees spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, gaining real-world experience beyond CDL school.

After completing training, you transition to your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week. Benefits are provided after training, with weekly direct deposits and a clear path from novice to solo driver.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Graduation from accredited CDL school.
• Ability to meet DOT qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Learn safe driving and trip planning on the mentor program.
• Assist with pickup and delivery procedures under supervision.
• Communicate with dispatch during trips and during on-road training.
• Participate in pre-trip and post-trip inspections with trainer.
• Transition to solo driving after training and start solo operations.
