Job summary

365 Freight USA is currently seeking new CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. Trainees will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning safe driving, trip planning, and inspections, before transitioning to solo driving.

During mentorship you will earn $1,600–$1,800 per week after training, with weekly direct deposits and full benefits after completion, providing a clear path from graduate to independent trucker.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school is required.
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ride with an experienced mentor during the training period to learn safe driving and trip planning.
• Learn pre-trip and post-trip inspections and driver–dispatcher communications.
• Transition to solo driver duties after successful completion of the mentor program.
