You can choose flatbed, reefer and dry van loads; regional drivers get home weekly, OTR runs 2-3 weeks with real route planning, not forced dispatch. Dispatch is direct, not a call center.

• Valid CDL-A is required.
• 2+ years verifiable driving experience preferred.
• Clean-enough MVR; overall record matters.
• Live anywhere in Iowa or along our lanes; freight comes to you.

Iowa freight moves on I-80 and I-35 and I-380, and our flatbed, reefer and dry van loads run all 48 states out of our Kent, WA home yard - so what you run depends on the week and on what you take. Regional drivers get home weekly; OTR runs 2-3 weeks with real route planning, not forced dispatch.
