Job summary

Thind Transport LLC in Minnesota is hiring CDL-A drivers and owner operators to run 48-state freight from our Kent, WA home yard. Regional drivers return home weekly; OTR runs 2–3 weeks with real route planning.

Select from flatbed, reefer, or dry van loads; you decide what you're set up for. We offer direct dispatch and a fuel card with fleet discounts to help keep you moving.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with 2+ years verifiable experience.
• Clean MVR with no major violations.
• Owner operators: truck must be roadworthy and you manage maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Haul 48-state freight across Flatbed, Reefer, and Dry Van loads.
• Choose lanes and schedules you’re set up for.
• Coordinate with dispatch for direct line support and timely pickups.

We hire CDL-A drivers and owner operators who live in Minnesota — Minneapolis, St. Paul, Duluth and anywhere else in the state. 48-state freight, run by a 12-year family carrier that pays honestly and answers the phone.

Minnesota freight moves on I-94 and I-35, and our flatbed, reefer and dry van loads run all 48 states out of our Kent, WA home yard — so what you run depends on the week and on what you take. Regional drivers get home weekly; OTR runs 2-3 weeks with real route planning, not forced dispatch.
