Job summary

Thind Transport LLC in Illinois is seeking CDL-A drivers and owner operators who live in Illinois—Chicago, Joliet, Springfield and anywhere else in the state. 48-state freight, run by a 12-year family carrier that pays honestly and answers the phone.

Flatbed, reefer and dry van—you pick what you’re set up for. Fuel card with fleet discounts, dispatch that answers with a direct line, and real route planning for OTR runs. Regional drivers come home weekly; OTR runs 2–3 weeks.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required with 2+ years verifiable experience.
• Clean MVR viewed holistically, not by a single ding.
• Owner-operators: truck must be roadworthy and we handle the rest.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed, reefer, or dry van loads as you prefer.
• Review load details and attest to touch level before accepting.
• Use fuel card with fleet discounts and rely on direct dispatch.

Illinois freight moves on I-80 and I-55 and I-90 and I-57, and our flatbed, reefer and dry van loads run all 48 states out of our Kent, WA home yard — so what you run depends on the week and on what you take. Regional drivers get home weekly; OTR runs 2-3 weeks with real route planning, not forced dispatch.
