Immediate Openings for CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers

AD is a family-owned enterprise based in Canton, Michigan, managing a fleet of approximately 500 trucks. Our company is distinguished for its exceptional equipment quality, impressive mileage records, and a family feel across the company. With more than a quarter of our drivers having driven over a million miles with us, and an average tenure surpassing five years, each driver holds significant value to us.

While our terminal is centered in Michigan, we operate nationwide and welcome applications from candidates across various locations. Our primary operational regions lie to the east of the Mississippi River and within the Midwest. (Please note that we do not offer mandatory dispatch services to the islands and boroughs of New York.)

Additional Pay Information:

• Michigan's daily per diem rate is $80.00.
• In quarter four of 2024, our fleet averaged:
• Top 5% averaged 3,880 miles
• Top 10% averaged 3,404 miles
• Top 25% averaged 2,925 miles
• Top 50% averaged 2,640 miles
• 20% of our fleet has surpassed one million miles, and 7% have surpassed 2 million.

Bonuses & Benefits

• Get paid for clean DOT inspections! Bonus for general commodity: $50; Hazmat freight: $100.
• Hazmat loads: $100 bonus per load (endorsement not required).
• Referral bonus: $2,000 for referring a qualified OTR driver.
• Employment milestones: $250 at 45 days, $750 at 90 days, $1,000 at 150 days.
• Paid holidays and PTO (eligible after specified periods).
• Medical benefits including dental and vision, available after 60 days.

Orientation & Equipment

One-day paid orientation, covering travel and lodging if outside commuting distance. Trucks include Kenworth T-680s and Freightliner Cascadias (2024+), equipped with modern amenities and safety features.

Job Requirements

• Willing to drive at night (~50%) and in the northeast region (excluding forced dispatch to islands and boroughs of NY)

Wage Range: $1,400 - $1,800 per week
