Job summary

Knight Transportation, Inc. is seeking passionate CDL-A Truck Drivers to become training mentors for new CDL-A drivers. You will pass the torch and help develop the next generation of truck drivers while being financially rewarded for your time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license
• 6 months of Class A experience in the last year or 1 year in the last 5 years
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, and no major accident within 5 years

Responsibilities

• Provide training mentorship to new CDL-A drivers.
• Earn top trainer pay by accumulating miles and trainee miles while training.
