Qualifications

Must be 21+ years old
Pass Ryder drug test
Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check (last 3 years) including drug/alcohol verification
Pass DOT physical
Pass Ryder road test
Provide valid Class A CDL with endorsements
Verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience: 9 months in past 3 years OR 2 years in past 5 years OR 5 years in past 10 years

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state laws, regulations and safety standards
Detect and eliminate safety hazards; maintain logs
Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by customer
Perform other duties as assigned
