Ryder is seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers in Lewistown, PA. Enjoy weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. Earn a $1950 weekly average, plus a $250 quarterly safety bonus and sign-on bonuses of $1500 at 30 days and 90 days.

Paid training and comprehensive benefits are included. Drivers operate sleeper tractors with APUs, hauling dry van and Conestoga loads across routes east of North Dakota to Texas and beyond, with opportunities nationwide and in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
