Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Minimum 1 year of active driving experience; doubles experience preferred.
• Familiarity with trucking terms, DOT rules and safety standards.
• Ability to back 53’ trailers safely into docks or vendor locations.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and safety.
• Ability to operate special equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck to deliver goods to stores and customers.
• Adhere to federal, state, corporate and safety standards.
• Inspect truck before, during, and after trips and file reports.
• Weigh load and unload merchandise at stores.
• Take backhauls and verify products and quantities loaded.
• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
