This role emphasizes adherence to guidance, effective radio communication, and the ability to maneuver with pup trailers in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Must possess a valid CDL Class A or B with endorsements.
• Ability to communicate effectively via radio and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate end dumps and/or belly dumps safely and efficiently.
• Deliver aggregates, asphalt and other materials to residential and commercial locations.
• Keep time and material records and follow instructions.
• Maneuver and back up with pup trailer and communicate on radio.
