Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Thorough knowledge of end dumps and belly dumps.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep time and material records as required.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Know types and sizes of aggregates.
• Maneuvering and backing skills with double/triple pup.
• Communicate effectively on radio.
• Connect/disconnect pup trailer and perform basic maintenance.
• Able to lift/move 10–30 lbs and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Driver loads and unloads large quantities of water for compaction or dust control.
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition and perform minor servicing.
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
• Duties may be supplemented; follow supervisor guidance.
