Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires CDL Class A license.
• Experience operating end dumps and/or belly dumps (with and without pups).
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to keep time and material records.
• Able to communicate effectively on radio.
• Must be able to lift/move 10–30 lbs and perform basic maintenance.
• Must follow verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge of aggregates sizes.
• Maneuvering and backing skills with double/triple pup.
• Team player and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Deliver soils, aggregates, and materials to residential and commercial locations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine servicing.
• Lift/move materials as needed and assist with basic maintenance.
• Communicate schedules and requirements via radio with teams.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with company policies.
