Swift Transportation is hiring for an Refrigerated OTR Regional CDL-A driving position based out of Decatur, GA. This role covers the Central, East, North Central, and South Central regions with bi-weekly home time. Eligible drivers are offered a starting weekly pay of $1,250 and weekly paychecks, plus a guaranteed pay plan for the first 90 days.

Guaranteed Pay Plus+

Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Terms and conditions apply.
