Swift Transportation is hiring for an OTR regional CDL-A driving role based out of Decatur, GA. The lane covers Central regions and home bi-weekly, with an average weekly pay of $1,250.

Additionally, a guaranteed pay offer starts July 13, 2026: a minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving, with a comprehensive benefits package available to employees.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required; will train new drivers.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
• No DUI within 10 years for CDL-A holders; no serious violations within the past year.

Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Terms and conditions apply.
