Swift Transportation Jonestown, PA terminal is now hiring OTR drivers out of Jonestown, PA. Driving OTR can take you coast-to-coast with a wide variety of load options and high earning potential. Guaranteed Pay Plus+ Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving.

Qualifications
