Job summary

Swift Transportation is hiring OTR drivers based in Fayetteville, AR, with coast-to-coast routes and a broad load mix. You will enjoy weekly pay, strong earning potential, and access to an extensive terminal network across many states.

Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Terms apply, with a comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder, none within 5 years if Non CDL-A holder.
• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the past year.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• No drug-related conviction in the last 5 years.
• No illegal drug use or positive tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
