Job summary

Lhoist North America is seeking a CDL‑holding driver to load and deliver dry bulk lime to customers. You’ll perform pre/post inspections, operate loading equipment, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations, with opportunities to train contractors in safe handling of materials.

The role requires a Class A CDL and the ability to maneuver fleet equipment in urban and remote locations. Weekend and some out‑of‑state trips may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL and verifiable driving experience or CDL training.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet equipment.
• Ability to operate and inspect equipment safely.
• Willingness to perform occasional out-of-state deliveries and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dry bulk shipments safely and on time.
• Read gauges, analyze conditions, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Complete pre/post inspections to meet DOT requirements.
• Perform minor repairs to keep fleet operations going.
• Train local contractors on safe handling of materials and emergency procedures.
