Job summary

Lhoist North America is seeking an experienced CDL driver to load and deliver lime slurry to customers across our terminal network. You’ll perform pre/post inspections and ensure DOT regulations are met while operating and maintaining fleet equipment.

Responsibilities include safe, timely shipments, reading gauges, and training local contractors on safe handling of quicklime and slurry. We offer a competitive hourly rate, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (N) required.
• Two years verifiable CDL driving experience preferred.
• Recent CDL truck driving school completion acceptable.
• Occasional travel to out-of-town jobs on rotation.”

Responsibilities

• Deliver slurry shipments in a safe and timely manner.
• Operation and maintenance of equipment and fleet.
• Read and interpret gauges and instruments used in loading and handling equipment.
• Perform equipment inspections per DOT requirements and minor repairs as needed.
