New Legend is seeking experienced tractor-trailer drivers for OTR and regional routes across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor. You’ll earn competitive base pay with bonus upside, and enjoy flexible home-time options with extended stay opportunities.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
• OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.
