New Legend is seeking professional drivers with 12+ months of OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience to join our team across the Western 13 states and the I-5 Corridor. You’ll drive well‑established lanes and enjoy a cohesive culture that values respect, consistency, and long‑term success.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
• OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.

*All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion.
