Job summary

New Legend Transportation is actively seeking drivers for OTR and regional routes. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days at home, driving across the Western 13 states and the I-5 Corridor.

You’ll enjoy strong CPM pay with bonuses and a retention program designed to reward long-term commitment. Eligible drivers can look forward to upfront orientation pay, 99% no-touch freight in past years, and a flexible pay structure with per diem options.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
• OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.
