Job summary

Legend Transportation Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for OTR and regional runs across the Western states. The role rewards strong pay, flexible home time, and long-term retention.

You'll be part of a team moving freight efficiently across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, TX, and along the I-5 corridor. Expect competitive base pay with bonus upside, with options for extended home time and additional per-mile pay opportunities.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
• OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.
