Earning power for CDL-A company drivers at WEL Companies:

Mileage Pay: Earn $.62 cents per mile
OTR experienced drivers guaranteed $1,250/week
Dedicated guaranteed pay: $1,050-$1,175/week based on working 5 consecutive days
OTR guaranteed pay for cadets: $900/week for first 3 months; $950/week after that until 1 year mark; $1,000/week after that!
