OXARC, a regional leader in industrial gas and welding supply distribution, seeks a CDL A Truck Driver to join their Pasco, WA team. Drive locally with a daily home schedule and a competitive pay and benefits package.

Requirements include a valid CDL Class A with TX endorsements, DOT medical certificate, and at least 1 year of driving experience. Eligible candidates will enjoy stability, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with TX endorsements required.
• Able to drive tractor/trailers loaded with cylinders and freight and deliver to branches/customers.
• Must have a current DOT medical certificate.
• At least 24 months experience driving Class A vehicles preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance reasons).
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50–70 lbs., occasionally 150–750 lbs. with lifting device.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicle and paperwork.
• Fill out truck manifest prior to leaving store.
• Fill out daily trip records including log book and duty sheets.
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and local, state and federal regulations.
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance.

Requirements:

• Physical requirements include: Lift/move up to 50-70 lbs., occasionally lift 150-750 lbs. with lifting device.
• Must have valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Drug screen, physical and background check required.
