Job summary

McVay Services in Hobbs, New Mexico is looking for a dependable Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The driver will safely operate belly dump and dump trucks, haul soil, caliche, rock and other materials to and from job sites and disposal facilities, and perform daily vehicle inspections.

Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid Class A CDL, be able to travel to remote sites, work outdoors in various conditions, lift 50+ lbs, and commit to 12+ hour shifts with reliable attendance.

McVay Services is seeking a dependable and hardworking Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Hobbs, New Mexico.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Safely and efficiently operate belly dump and dump trucks
• Haul soil, caliche, rock, and other materials to and from job sites and disposal facilities
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain required driver and load documentation
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL
• Must be able to operate both belly dump and dump trucks
• Ability to travel to remote job sites
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work 12+ hour shifts
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance required

Preferred Experience:

• Previous belly dump and dump truck driving experience
• Oilfield, construction, hauling, or related experience preferred

Pay Range: $23–$28 per hour, determined by experience and qualifications.
