Job summary

US Foods is seeking a qualified Delivery Driver to safely drive routes from early morning start times, delivering to customers and ensuring on-time pickups. The role will relocate to Aurora, IL in early 2027, with compensation based on experience and other factors.

Requirements include a valid CDL Class A with endorsements, at least six months of driving experience, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with required endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
• Ability to read and communicate in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload products with a pallet jack, two-wheeler, or by hand and place in designated customer areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and maintain safe driving standards.
