Job summary

US Foods is seeking Delivery Truck Drivers to join our team in Wichita, KS. You will safely operate delivery routes, unload products, verify deliveries with customers, and collect payments when applicable. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is maintained.

Starting pay is $30.92 per hour, with an increase to $32.75 after one year. Flexible scheduling options include 5-day or 4-day workweeks, with potential weekend shifts based on schedule.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with active DOT qualifications.
• Minimum six months commercial driving experience (any industry).
• Must read/understand English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet delivery times.
• Unload products using a pallet jack, two-wheeler, or by hand and place in customer areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and collect signatures/payments when applicable.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report issues.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
