Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking aRegional CDL-A Driver to safely operate company equipment and deliver products to customer locations. This role involves travel to other distribution centers and may require relocation or temporary assignments, with housing support provided.

Strong customer service skills and ability to handle lifting tasks are essential. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid Class A CDL, and willingness to travel for extended periods.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year driving experience with a Class A CDL (no state operating restrictions) or equivalent.
Military driving experience.
Touch Freight experience.
Ability to travel 3 weeks out of the month.

Responsibilities

Transport products from distribution center to customer locations.
Extensive travel by car or plane to other distribution centers to provide support.
Unload cased products from trailer to customer locations (lifting up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs occasionally).
Perform pre/post trip inspections.
Operate a TracScan unit.
Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal interactions.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
