Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Ocala, FL is seeking CDL-A trainees for entry-level, paid-training driving roles with no-touch freight and regular home time. You’ll start with hands-on OTR training and a 4–6 week mentor program, targeting multiple Southeast routes.

Eligibility includes 21+, with 120+ hours from trucking school and either 6 months tractor-trailer experience or CDL-A graduate status. Expect 100% no-touch freight, drop & hook operations, and a predictable schedule with home every two weeks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on OTR training with experienced drivers.
• 4–6 week structured mentor program.
• 21+ years old with 120+ hours from an accredited trucking school.
• At least 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience, or recent CDL A Graduate.
• DOT physical, drug test, and MVR/PSP clearance.
• Age 21+.
