Job summary

ASB Freight Co. is seeking Class A CDL drivers within 90 miles of Orlando, FL for multiple OTR opportunities. We invite experienced solo drivers, those interested in mentoring, and recent CDL graduates completing their OTR training to join our team.

We offer steady freight, 100% no-touch loads, and multiple career paths with weekly pay. Mentors receive priority miles and training pay, while newer drivers can start with a paid training program and progress to the experienced pay scale.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Must live within 90 miles of Orlando, FL and be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to meet DOT qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR routes with typical 10–14 days out and home time between trips.
• Drive 100% no-touch freight with late-model equipment and maintain safety standards.
• Work with mentor program as applicable, including trainee handoff and follow training checklists.
• Participate in driver mentor/training pay structures and potential productivity bonuses.
• New CDL graduates may enter the training path with supervision from a mentor.
