After earning your own truck, you receive a $1,000 weekly guarantee for the first three months and typical weekly pay of $1,400–$1,500 with around 2,000 miles weekly. The role covers dry van freight across the western states, with home time every two weeks.

Qualifications

• New drivers must have a valid Class A CDL and be 21 or older.
• Completion of CDL-A trucking school with at least 120 hours.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years; no DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Drive dry van freight across states west of the Mississippi.
• Follow mentor guidance during training and meet scheduled hours.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations.
