Job summary

American Driver is hiring entry-level CDL-A trainees in Sioux Falls, SD for a mentor-led path to independent driving with brand-new equipment. You’ll train one-on-one with a certified mentor and receive weekly deposits during coaching, then a guaranteed solo pay phase plus strong first-year earnings.

Expect a 3–5 week mentorship, 100% assigned trucks, late-model fleets, and supportive safety and dispatch teams.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old.
• Certificate from an accredited CDL school, 120+ hours.
• Clean MVR and PSP.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
