Upper Lakes Foods is seeking a Delivery Driver Trainee in Minnesota (Cloquet/Northfield area) to join a friendly, customer‑focused team. Earn $23.50 per hour while learning logistics, routes, and vehicle safety as you gain hands‑on experience delivering food products.

You will start by unloading with a two wheel cart, perform temperature checks, maintain invoices, and work toward obtaining a Class A permit within 30–60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass MVR standards to meet hiring criteria.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading deliveries using a two-wheel cart.
• Check invoices and perform temperature checks to ensure product quality.
• Maintain safety inspections of truck and trailer and build relationships with customers.
