Job summary

Upper Lakes Foods is hiring a Full-Time Delivery Driver in Cloquet, MN. You will be the backbone of our logistics team, pre-tripping, delivering orders on time, and ensuring products arrive safely for customers.

Requirements include a CDL Class A, English proficiency, and at least 1 year in transportation (3 years CDL preferred). Training provided for food deliveries; lifting up to 50 lbs and up to 500 lbs with a two-wheel cart.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A license required with clean driving record.
• At least 1 year in a transportation role; 3 years CDL experience preferred.
• Food product delivery experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip responsibilities, review itinerary and invoices, ensure DOT safety standards.
• Deliver customer orders on time while maintaining productivity.
• Unload using a two-wheeler and organize products in designated areas.
• Manage damaged goods, paperwork and vehicle safety checks post-trip.
• Refuel and secure tractor/trailer; foster team/community relationships.
