Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is hiring a CDL driver to operate a truck safely, manage routes, and provide excellent customer service. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and support Roll Off operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• DOT Medical Card required or must obtain.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck safely in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Routinely enter/exit truck and update route logs daily.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete logs.
• Interact professionally with customers to provide excellent service.
• Operate equipment to load trailers and maintain truck cleanliness.
• Assist Roll Off operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
