Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Tractor Trailer Driver (Trench and Shoring) in Foothill Ranch, CA to transport, deliver and retrieve heavy equipment for branch operations. The role requires safe operation of large vehicles, quality customer service, and adherence to DOT procedures.

You will inspect vehicles, maintain logs, and support scheduling with dispatch. Minimum 2 years of tractor trailer experience, a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement, and a current medical card are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years tractor trailer driving experience within the last three years.
• Commercial Drivers License, Class A, with tanker endorsement.
• Current medical card; Hazmat endorsement within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Transport, deliver and retrieve assorted construction and heavy equipment.
• Operate commercial or non-commercial vehicles in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
• Promote professionalism and excellent customer service attitude.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure all delivery documents are properly maintained and available for inspection.
