Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Tractor Trailer Driver to transport, deliver and retrieve assorted construction equipment for the branch network. You will operate both commercial and non‑commercial vehicles safely, maintain paperwork, and support customer service with a professional attitude.

This role requires a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement, 2+ years of recent tractor trailer experience, an active medical card, and Hazmat endorsement within 120 days of hire.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Commercial Driver’s License, Class A, with tanker endorsement.
• Current medical card.
• Hazmat endorsement must be obtained within 120 days of employment; assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Transport, deliver and retrieve construction and heavy equipment.
• Operate commercial or non-commercial vehicles safely and professionally.
• Provide training assistance to customers on safe vehicle operation when asked.
