Job summary

St. Mary’s Food Bank in Arizona is seeking a Tractor Trailer Driver (Class A) to operate a company truck on a regular route, collecting donated food and returning to the warehouse for loading and unloading. The role may also involve unscheduled pickups and off-site deliveries.

Hours are 5am until route completion. Starting pay is $27/hr, with a safety sensitive position and strict DOT standards to comply with. Join a team serving the local community.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience driving a commercial vehicle.
• CDL (Class A) is required.
• Must pass a CDL English Proficiency test and read/speak to understand highway signs and records.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck on a scheduled route to pick up donated food products and return to the warehouse.
• Occasionally pick up from write-ins and unscheduled destinations and transport to off-site locations.
• Drive a Class A or B truck to complete pickup or delivery and maintain safety standards.
• Complete daily reports as necessary.
