Herc Rentals seeks a Tractor Trailer Driver to transport, deliver and retrieve construction equipment in the Waxahachie area. The role supports branch operations and requires a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement and Hazmat within 120 days.

The position is full-time with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Candidates must have at least two years of tractor trailer experience, a current medical card, and the ability to operate large equipment safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years tractor trailer driving within the last three years.
• Commercial Driver’s License, Class A, with tanker endorsement.
• Current medical card.
• Hazmat endorsement must be obtained within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Transport, deliver and retrieve assorted construction and heavy equipment.
• Operate commercial or non-commercial vehicles safely and professionally.
• Maintain safety and customer service standards while on-site and in transit.
• Perform vehicle inspections before/after pickups and deliveries.
• Keep delivery documents organized and ready for inspection.
