Job summary

GetHired, Inc. in Indiana is hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial towing, recovery, and roadside service. This role is performance-based; earnings grow with the work you complete and there is no guaranteed hourly wage.

Expect an on-call schedule with nights and weekends, high call volume, and fast response expectations. You will perform heavy-duty towing, operate wreckers, and document jobs with photos while staying professional with dispatch and customers.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery

Pay & Opportunity

• $80K–$150K+ earning potential (commission-based)
