Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver in Indiana. This is a performance-based role with no hourly guarantee; earnings scale with the number of completed jobs and call volume.

You will perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service, work nights and weekends on-call, and document each job with photos and records for dispatch and customers. Reliability and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and on-call.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Must be reliable and responsive when called.

Responsibilities

We are hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid CDL-A license

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery

Pay & Opportunity

• $80K–$150K+ earning potential (commission-based)
