Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate as a CDL‑A team driver on Covenant’s dedicated routes.

• Home weekly with minimal‑touch freight and quick stops (~15 minutes per stop).

Overview

We're seeking CDL‑A Dedicated Drivers to run team freight in your area! Drivers will average 4,500 weekly miles. Drivers will be paid true salary of $1,950/week, and will be home weekly. Minimal touch freight with pallet jack and/or rollers to lift‑gate only. Each stop average ~15 mins only.

Compensation

$5,000 sign on bonus – paid in full within 90 days.

Drivers earn $0.72/mile + $15/stop (paid to the truck) with a $1,950/week guarantee per driver. Drivers average $1,950 to $2,050 per week.
