Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers to be home weekly or every other week. Average weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,850, with mileage-based pay up to $0.74 per mile and an $8,000 sign-on bonus for true teams who have driven together for at least 90 days.

Eligible drivers should reside outside CA, FL, LA and MS and must not have previously taken Covenant sign-on bonuses. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A is required.
• Team driving experience of at least 90 days.
• Proficiency with home weekly or every other week schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of Covenant Transport team driving arrangement.
• Maintain safety and DOT compliance while on the road.
• Communicate with the carrier and recruiters to coordinate weekly home time.

Overview

CDL-A Team Driver – Home weekly or every other week. Pay up to $0.74 per mile.

Compensation

• Maximum mileage: $0.74 per mile (based on verified experience)
• Minimum mileage: $0.52 per mile (based on verified experience)
• Clean DOT inspection reward: $75 per clean inspection
• Average weekly earnings: $1,300–$1,850
• Sign‑on bonus: $8,000 for true team drivers ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for at least 90 days. CA, FL, LA, and MS drivers excluded. Must not have received a sign‑on bonus from Covenant before.
