Job summary

Covenant Transport, Inc. is seeking CDL-A team drivers for home weekly or every other week based on domicile.

The position offers mileage pay up to $0.74 per mile, with a minimum mileage rate of $0.52 per mile and an $8,000 sign-on bonus for true teams (conditions apply). Average weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,850, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, STD/LTD, FSA, and a 401(k) plan.

Position Overview

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY OR EVERY OTHER WEEK | UP TO $0.74/MILE

Home Time

Weekly or every other week depending on driver’s domicile.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile (based on verified experience).
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile (based on verified experience).
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850.
• $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. CA, FL, LA, and MS drivers excluded. Must also have not previously received a sign‑on bonus from Covenant.

• 401(k) plan (eligible 180 days after service).
• Participation deadlines apply; benefits are not electable until open enrollment if the deadline is missed.
