Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers who work home weekly or every other week. This position offers mileage pay up to $0.74 per mile with typical weekly earnings ranging from $1,300 to $1,850.

True teams receive an $8,000 sign-on bonus ($4,000 per driver) and must have teamed together for at least 90 days; drivers from CA, FL, LA, and MS are excluded. Covenant is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Overview

CDL-A Team Driver – Home weekly or every other week. Pay up to $0.74 per mile.

Compensation

• Maximum mileage: $0.74 per mile (based on verified experience)
• Minimum mileage: $0.52 per mile (based on verified experience)
• Clean DOT inspection reward: $75 per clean inspection
• Average weekly earnings: $1,300–$1,850
• Sign‑on bonus: $8,000 for true team drivers ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for at least 90 days. CA, FL, LA, and MS drivers excluded. Must not have received a sign‑on bonus from Covenant before.
