Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced tanker drivers to haul liquid chemical freight in Texas. You will operate tanker trailers on a back-and-forth route between Texarkana and Abilene, with about three loads per week.

Competitive pay includes mileage, on-duty hourly, weekly performance pay, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months. Paid orientation, time off after 6 months and holiday pay are also offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement required at time of hire.
• Live within 75 miles of Cisco, TX or Texarkana, TX or 100 miles of Wilmer, TX.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul liquid chemical freight with tanker trailers.
• 3 loads per week on a Texarkana–Abilene route and return.
• Travel between Texarkana, TX and Abilene, TX as needed.
