Schneider National is hiring drivers to haul freight in tanker trailers with home time every other weekend. Eligible drivers can earn pay increases and bonuses, including a $7,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months.

Earned time off after 6 months and holiday pay are provided, along with comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) with company match. Endorsements for Tanker and HazMat are required at hire, with a TWIC card after hire.

Overview

• Haul freight in tanker trailers.
• Get home for three days every other weekend.
• 4-10 loads per week.

Pay and bonus potential

• Pay recently increased by up to $.04 per mile.
• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Earn up to $0.03 more per mile by obtaining additional CDL certifications.
• $7,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
